In October 2007, Media Initiatives Group completed its first online acquisition, purchasing 100% of Los Angeles-based media sales house, Dedicated Marketing Solutions (DMS).

The deal marks the beginning of MIG’s aggregation plan in the US, delivering an expanded North American sales network and bolstering the Group’s international performance-marketing offering.

Since its foundation in 2004, DMS has become a leader in US online media sales, offering advertisers premium placements on a combination of tier one publishers, exclusive properties and proprietary web destinations, serving on average five billion ads a month, reaching 60 million unique users.

DMS owns and operates a number of successful divisions: Dedicated Networks one of the fastest growing online advertising networks in Los Angeles, cost per acquisition property CPADNA.com, and exclusive lead generation software, as well as being the media publisher of numerous tier one content sites.

DMS also brings to the Group their proprietary CPA and lead-generation technology, which allows them to identify sites and creative assets that perform best for their clients’ campaigns, giving DMS the right tools to maximise ROI.
